Utah Symphony's O.C. Tanner Company Masterworks Series

The incredible talent of the Utah Symphony musicians is on display with this program featuring two of Richard Strauss’ most popular tone poems and his Serenade for Winds. Experience the evocative music of Don Quixote with Utah Symphony’s principal cello Rainer Eudeikis and principal viola Brant Bayless featured as Don Quixiote and his companion Sancho Panza. The performance concludes with Also sprach Zarathustra, featuring the famous “Sunrise” fanfare you’ll immediately recognize from Stanley Kubrick’s 2001: A Space Odyssey.
